How to make a 4x6 passport photo sheet

  1. Prepare the correct document photo
    Start with a recent photo that already follows the reviewing authority's rules for crop, head size, expression, background, lighting, and clothing. A print layout cannot repair a noncompliant source photo.
  2. Select the real photo dimensions
    Choose 2×2 inches for many U.S. documents, 35×45mm for many passport and visa systems, or another preset required by your application. Use custom millimeters only when an official source gives that size.
  3. Preview the automatic arrangement
    The maker compares portrait and landscape 4x6 layouts, then uses the orientation that fits the most copies. The zoom control changes the center crop without stretching faces.
